Reasons being:
(1) I don't know anyone besides Justin and Jacqueline
(2) I hate the teaching style of classes (the practical parts are ....better than the "lectures")
(3) After losing the car, the bus ride to school sucks (~45mins)
(4) I miss Waterloo peeps/my housemates
(5) It's very lonely here (Justin spends his time at the lab until 11/12 at night so I'm basically at the house by myself)
My first week especially sucked. The thought of dropping out and just working for my dad for awhile frequently came to mind (especially because he needs the help). When I would be thinking about things (which was often because I had a lot of time to think to myself), I would be on the verge of crying because I was feeling so miserable.
After having the second week come to an end, things were progressively better. I'm getting to know my classmates (still considered acquaintances though) and getting used to the bus ride.
I received a weird email from Ryerson the other day that said there was an important message in the my admissions mailbox, but since they are already preparing for next year's admissions, that site is closed off.
I didn't really think much of it, but before I called in to see what it was, I thought about ..."WHAT IF..."
Although there are some benefits to that situation, I'm happy to know and feel that I am content with staying in Hamilton as well.
It ended up being nothing special, but God is good.
