Forever school

There are so many "if onlys" that run through my mind when I think about my choice of career/school path. In January, I will be back in school doing courses part time to finish my RN. And to think I could have gone directly into an RN program after highschool and been done with it. I would never have gone to Mohawk and experienced the dread of going to school in the hammer.

If this were the case, I also would have never gone to Waterloo. I value my 4 years in Waterloo more than any other significant milestone. It changed me for the better (I would hope) and I met most of my closest friends there. I had been shown grace and abundant blessings, experienced true fellowship, and learned forgiveness. Waterloo was what had the most impact in shaping who I am today. There were struggles, of course, but who ever said life was a breeze?

As for the hammer, I definitely felt a sense of withdrawal from lack of fellowship. I enclosed myself from all things unnecessary and I think that's when I started playing HS. It wasn't until I met a friendly engine named Dolores when things started to pick up (and her +1 wasn't so bad either). Sorry, Dolores, for stalling you cause I was a newbie.

Many detours to the destination, but I don't regret anything. Here's to another long while of schooling.
