Relationships

Only a relationship that is centered around Christ is worthy to be a part of the covenant of marriage. The woman is called to submit to her husband, and the husband to love her as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her.

If a non-believer is to marry a believer, how can the believer expect the other half to agree to be such things? They would be agreeing to love each other on different levels and terms. Some people say, "I'm already in it, I can't leave now. I'll wait until after marriage before I sort that stuff out." Obviously, you cannot.

A true friend would not be afraid to bring up the problem.
